The resources, learning opportunities and support information shared here reflect the themes that sit at the heart of my work with children, young people, families, practitioners, schools, services and organisations.
Although the situations people bring are often very different, many involve similar questions. How do we make sense of what is happening? What might help us gain a fuller understanding of a child, young person, family or situation? What strengths, relationships and resources already exist? What support may be helpful, both now and in the longer term?
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful support begins with understanding. Before deciding what needs to change, it is often helpful to develop a richer picture of the experiences, relationships, environments and systems that shape people’s lives. Understanding provides a foundation for informed decision-making, meaningful support and sustainable change.
Much of my work sits at the intersection of children, young people, families, practitioners, schools, services and wider systems, bringing together different perspectives to make sense of complexity and identify meaningful ways forward.
This page brings together information about the different ways we can work together, opportunities for learning and development, resources I use in practice and a curated collection of guides exploring many of the ideas and approaches that underpin my work.

People often ask which books I recommend, what resources I use in my work and where particular tools, materials and activities can be found.
This collection brings together many of the books, tools and resources that I genuinely use, value and regularly recommend.
The resources shared here are not random recommendations or products selected because they are popular.
If you cannot find it in my therapy space, on my bookshelf, in my training materials or being used in my day-to-day work, it is unlikely to appear in my recommended resources collection.
These are books I have read, resources I have used, tools I return to regularly and materials I genuinely value.
Some links within the collection are affiliate links, including links to my Amazon Storefront. If you choose to purchase through these links, I may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.
This does not influence my recommendations. I only recommend resources that I know, use, trust or believe may be genuinely helpful. Any commission received helps support the ongoing development of free guides, resources, learning opportunities and content.
Many people arrive feeling uncertain about what is happening, what support may be helpful or where to begin.
If you would like to talk through a situation, ask a question or explore whether working together may be helpful, I would be delighted to hear from you.
