How do we store your data?
Creating Calm Ltd securely stores your data on an encrypted and password protected Synology NAS system (Network Additional Storage). For further information on storage security protection, please see synology.com.
As described in our permission forms, some personal data is kept on the PTUK Fortuna data base, which we are required to complete for professional licencing.
Creating Calm Ltd will keep your personal data until the client is over 25 years of age, or for 10 years if it is not client related, although you may opt out at any point.
Marketing
Creating Calm Ltd would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you may like. We currently do not partner with any partner companies.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Creating Calm from contacting you for marketing purposes.
